About Me

My Story
Hi I'm Zara 👋🏻 ,
I’m currently a final-year Nutrition, Food Science and sport nutrition student, and I’m passionate about helping people build confidence and clarity around food.
Nutrition can feel overwhelming especially with so much conflicting advice online. Through my studies and hands-on experience, I’ve become deeply interested in how structured, evidence-based nutrition can improve performance, energy, body composition, and overall wellbeing.
But my interest in performance started long before university. I grew up in a sporting family and played competitive golf for years. Sport taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of consistency but it also showed me how much nutrition impacts focus, recovery, and confidence.
That experience is what led me to pivot into nutrition.
Now, I combine my academic training with my background in sport to help active individuals and the general population create practical, sustainable nutrition systems. My goal isn’t to give you rigid rules it’s to give you structure.
Because you don’t need less food.
You need a plan that works for your life.
The Process
My coaching is structured, personalised, and grounded in science.
We start by understanding your goals, training schedule, lifestyle, and current habits. From there, I design a practical nutrition framework that focuses on balanced meals, adequate protein, smart carbohydrate use, and long-term consistency.
You’ll learn how to:
• Fuel performance and recovery
• Improve energy and focus
• Build sustainable fat loss without restriction
• Stay consistent even during busy seasons
This isn’t about perfection.
